I am Steve Foster, trading as Aspect Heating, a plumber and gas engineer  based on the Isle of Wight. If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact me at aspectheating@sky.com.

I only collect the information I need to do the job you have asked me to do. This usually means your name, address, phone number and email address, along with details of the work required and any payment details needed to invoice you.

• Carry out the work you have asked for

I never sell your information or use it for marketing, and I do not share it with anyone else unless it is needed to do the job (for example, a supplier delivering parts to your address) or the law requires it.

This website does not use cookies or any tracking tools.

I keep your information only for as long as I need it to complete the job, plus the time the law requires me to keep invoices and payment records for tax purposes. After that, it is securely deleted.

Your information is stored securely and only I have access to it.
